Cadarn Planning is founded by Joan Isus, an RTPI chartered town planning consultant with over 9 years of experience in both the public and private sectors.Joan started his career as a Planning Officer at a local authority in Lincolnshire. This gave him a strong understanding of how councils assess planning applications and make decisions.
